Hello and Welcome.
I am Lindi Heap (formerly Lindi Holly). I have been in business for the last 15 years (the last 7 of those full time). I studied photography at the Canberra Institute of Technology graduating at the top of my class and was awarded an Institute Medal. I have been an accredited professional photographer of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) since 1999. I have won numerous AIPP awards locally and nationally over the years and I have served the industry as an ACT AIPP council member from 1999-2008 and was ACT AIPP President from 2005-2008. I am currently an AIPP Master Photographer.
Over the last 15 years I have done a range of photographic assignments and projects including editorial assignments for a number of magazines, many commercial jobs for businesses, government, and organisations, and numerous private portrait and wedding commissions. For the last 10 years I have also taught a range of photography courses from short recreational courses through to semester long courses for the Degree of Commercial Photography at the Canberra Institute of Technology. From 1999-2003 I was the education program manager for the community photographic organisation, PhotoAccess.
I am a portrait photographer. To me a portrait is about sharing the essence, of a person, place or an organisation. I love creating images that help businesses tell their story. This involves creating images of all sorts of things like the space, the people, the textures, the colours, the little details, products and activities.
Call me to talk about how I can create a portrait of your business or organisation.
All jobs are quoted separately depending on the complexity of the shoot, the time and usage required.
